'We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and full of charm. One of our favorite features was the lovely back porch—perfect for relaxing in the morning with coffee or winding down in the evening.The location was central and convenient, with easy access to nearby lakes and only about two hours from both the Kentucky Horse Park and Natural Bridge State Resort Park. It made for a perfect base for day trips and outdoor adventures.Would definitely...

'We had a great stay. The house overlooks a lovely valley, and the deck was perfect for enjoying the view and spending time outside.Just a heads-up for future guests: we needed to pick up basics like toilet paper and dish soap. It’d be helpful if more supplies especially cleaning essentials like a Lysol spray were provided. The listing also does not provide blankets.Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!'

'We had such a peaceful quiet getaway. Nothing like getting up early with your coffee sitting on the front porch, and watching the wildlife. Host was very gracious.'

'The property is great. Very well kept both inside and out.The rear porch by the bubbling brook is very enjoyable. The view from the front porch is great as well. Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Only 2 minor items to mention. The water in the shower is poor and the front door gets stuck on the uneven floor. These items did not affect our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone. '

'We loved it! It was very clean and close to town. Everything we possibly needed was in the house. Everything seemed brand new and well taken care of. We definitely will come back. We even enjoyed the kitty who came over everyday to visit and say hi. '

'Me and 5 friends booked this property for a relaxing girls trip. The kitchen is spacious and was stocked with all that we needed to cook with (pans, utensils, seasonings, plates, etc). We had no issues driving to different trails and activities in the area. The onsite amenities were great - especially the hot tub & the kayaks. We brought a variety of board & card games and loved hanging out and playing them in the living area. The host also friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend! '

'We made last minute changes to our July off-road plans. This meant finding a new spot over a holiday weekend that allowed dogs ASAP. BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! Excited to come back for Fall Crawl with our group! '

'This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. '

'I was very pleased with the hospitality, having a wash room to use, and great kitchen, too. Could relax a little watching streaming channels, too.'

'The property was clean and just as advertised. The owner was also very flexible in extending our check out time by a little bit since the checkout time was 10 and we had a funeral at 1, leaving us with 3 hours of downtime. We were all very appreciative and would leave a higher review if possible!'
