'This property was wonderful and a short drive to the SIU campus. The property is in excellent condition, hot tub worked great, and it is in a beautiful neighborhood with a nice community lake. We visited too early in the season to enjoy the community pool, but it looks very nice. We would not hesitate to stay here again.'

'This is a remarkable property tucked into the woods just west of Carbondale. Beautifully appointed. Gorgeous screened-in wrap around porch. Amazing bedrooms with en-suite baths. This was a very comfortable weekend retreat for our family. Would definitely book again!'

'It was a super comforting home in a beautiful area. Loved all the wild life as well as the cats and donkey. Owner was super friendly and easy to contact. Feels very out in your own space but also close enough to some towns.'

'The property was incredible! We were on a girl’s trip and could not have picked a more perfect house! We had our morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the beautiful lake. It was close to wineries and restaurants. Amazing! We’re already planning a return trip!'

'Ashley was always quick to respond with questions that I had! We had everything we needed and the house was ready for us! The kitchen was an open concept with the living room, which was very nice! The house situated on a dead end and it was very quiet and peaceful! Nice to set on the front porch where you could see the lake and watch the deer! Would definitely recommend this nice home!'

'This house is the perfect place for a get away with family or friends. We brought our boat and was glad to store it under cover just in case it rained. 10 minutes from S Marcum boat ramp. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Great communication! We will for sure stay here again! '
