'Stunning views, small house, basic equipment but enough. Cleanliness could have been better, as well as the quality of the available beds. However this didn't interfere with a sence of absolute pleasure that you get from the lovely small house and it's stunning surroundings. Beach very nearby, less than a minute walk. Contact with owner very pleasant, quick to respond and very forthcoming. We would definitely go again! '

'Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. '

'What a wonderful place to stay! It was conveniently located across the street from the beach, marina and cruises, near a number of local restaurants, and across the street from the local park. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. Communications were very good and Carolyn was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The check in and check out process was easy. The local park hosted live music during our stay (Beatles tribute band) as well as a large all day festival a few...

'My family of 5 had a great stay. Read the prior reviews and understand that this is not a perfect place and may have some cosmetic flaws, but everything works as it should. It provided ample space for our family with everything we needed. Finding affordable space to stay in the Boston area can be challenging, but this place fit what we needed with great proximity to the beach as well!'

'Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!!'

'This house was charming and perfect for our family of seven including dogs. House was really cool with lots of interesting rooms, a craft cottage and a yurt! Upper level deck could see the water and was fun. The backyard was perfect and fenced in for our pooches. Kitchen was outstanding too. Minutes walking to the beach. Kay was a terrific host… all in all …A perfect home for our vacay!!! '

'Great spacious property walking distance to a beautiful private beach in residential neighborhood. The house was very neat and clean. The house has plenty of parking. The large fenced in yard was great for my dog to run around and my kids to play yard games after a beach day. The beach allows dogs as long as on a leash. Would highly recommend '

'Our family of 6 stayed very comfortably in the Flamingo House. It was perfectly New England coastal without the craziness of the Cape and bridges. Can't beat the location! Our 3 generations family enjoyed the quiet area, just a short walk the busier Onset Village. The teenagers had so much to do with all the amenities like e-bikes, jacuzzi, and water and sports equipment. '

'We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. '

'Swift Beach community was the easy and peaceful getaway we were looking for. It was a short commute from the greater Boston area. The neighborhood was quiet with a quick walk to the beach. There were plenty of play grounds, walk paths, restaurants, and other activities for the whole family. We loved being able to bring the doggo and include him in the fun. '
