'Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely book again!!'

'We are a family of 6 that just wanted a little getaway. We had a great time swimming, hanging out, doing s’mores, and playing board games. This property was very open and had lots of space for all of us! It got warm one of the nights and the property owner came and got it fixed right away! They were great to work with. '

The home was that old farm feeling with all the oak wood and feeling of comfort and family gathering spots. I was so thankful for the ability to be able to book at the last minute. 'Dan went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Great communication and extremely friendly. I have stayed at many VRBO’s and no one has cared as much as Dan has about making sure all of our needs were met! We were even offered to check in early and stay later, which was such a nice perk! 'Two families total 5 people shared the house while dropping kids off at BVU. Second stay and again did not disappoint. We love this house, the incredible access to everything, simple quite and communication with host is amazing.'

'We loved your home! It was perfect for our crew while baling corn stalks. It was very nice and quiet neighborhood and close to town! The home was not as clean as we expected property is listed as pet free but we found dog hair very much in the main area and master bedroom. We did a lot of cleaning. 'Worked well for our group (2 bros, 2 wives, sis) and excellent for parents with 3-4 kids but some multi-couples may not like due to sleeping arrangements. Queen master bath is very nice but only other option for cpls is a dbl bed (6 inches off floor) as part of a triple bunk (other 2 beds are singles) in the 2nd bedroom and a twin pullout in living room. Note - the bunks have 400# - 200# - 200# weight limts. Also, the 2nd br has no dresser, nitestands or even a luggage rack, so, everything...
