'This property is an awesome vacation getaway spot. Ideally located close to Baton Rouge, with many convenience stores and local cuisine within 10-15 minutes of the house. My fiancé and I came with 4 of our kids aged 3 to 14 and had 2 friends with their 3 boys aged 16-22.There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and not be on top of each other. 'Seven of us comfortably stayed. It was homey and had everything we needed. Easy to navigate driveway with plenty of room for 3 cars. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the river. Would go back in a heartbeat. '

'As the title says. Its a double wide modular home. Has a cockroach problem but has a few less since my group left. Owner was quick to respond and i wish i didnt need to contact them as much as i did. House was good for what we needed. Place to sleep and make food in-between 12 hour shifts. '

'Perfect for our family gathering. Several places within the home and outside for us to share laughs, meals, and family time. We enjoyed relaxing out on the screened porch area and watching the sunset from the pier. The steep driveway was unexpected but we managed. More than adequate parking given the size of our party.'

'Our trip has delays and headaches before we even reached the property. The property owner was so very helpful and Johnny on the spot. She went above and beyond to help us and made sure our stay was wonderful. The property was clean and perfect for our stay. We were on the water quickly and easily and our stay was VERY comfortable. I will stay here again and so should you.'

'Claire made our check in/check out much easier than any hotel would offer. While our days were busy out and about, we were excited to get back and enjoy our evenings overlooking the water from the deck. Perfect location, nice neighbors, quiet. We loved the fact that the house sits below road level. The lack of traffic noise was a bonus for us.'

'Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.'

'Place was really cute to stay in. Wasn’t far from LSU campus or the bowling alley that we had our event at. Communication with owners was perfect and they were always on property and very nice. I would definitely stay here again '
