'The property was great. Little far from trails -12 miles at 25 mph. It is however, situated between both forests and we were able to see quite a bit of trails, both mild gravel roads to some technical crawling. Scenic river waterfalls, mountain peaks and a lot of nature. Bring your stuff as you'll have to travel to get any forgotten items.'
