'This was my first time staying at the Holiday Inn & Suites, and I would rate my experience a 10 overall. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, my room was clean and comfortable — I truly felt at home — and the breakfast was hot and fresh. While I was very satisfied overall, I did have one concern.
