'We came to see our son play football at Arkansas Tech and celebrate his birthday! This house was PERFECT for our large group and the location was ideal. We were able to walk to the game and back.Neighbors are very friendly and the hosts were super easy to communicate with!The house was very nice, clean and comfortable! 'We stayed here for the proximity of the trails for riding our side by side. It was perfect for that! The cabin was very clean. It has all the basics you need from the kitchenette to the outside grill and picnic table. The shower is a little small, but worked just fine. The a/c was nice and cold!
