'Een zeer goed hotel, mooie ruime kamers met veel faciliteiten (koffie/thee, koelkast, magnetron, ligbad) Enorm goed service, niets te veel. Heel uitgebreid, divers ontbijt met zelfs de mogelijkheid om eten (yoghurt en vers fruit) mee naar de kamer te nemen voor later op de dag. Mooi/ruim zwembad met een apart bubbelbad. Goede uitvalslocatie om snel op de snelweg/ naar stad te komen. Borg was binnen 24 uur terug gestort. Kortom een echte aanrader!'

'Nice place, helpful and pleasant staff.'

'Front desk help was great! No housekeeping. Towels were gray. Was a feces stain on the wall by the toilet. Shampoo and condioner was half used. Bed was old. I always bring my own towels. I did buy a blanket and laid on top of the bed, didn't trust the condition of the sheets. White sticky stain on the curtains. I reserved adjoining rooms, that didn't happen. I probably won't stay there again. Pool was out of order. Again the help was very nice!'

'Room was clean, beds comfortable. Quiet. I will stay there again!'

'Very nice. Clean and staff are wonderful.'

'I enjoyed the friendly staff, also the view of the lake. A very positive experience.'

'Room had bugs in it. Staff was dismissive and seemed annoyed at my presence. No ice machine or water filler. Breakfast was non-existent. The bathroom had a plunger and the toilet clogged instantly and took 15 minutes to refill with water. The shower had massive cracks in the wall and tubs. Overall it got the job done as a hotel to sleep in but just barely.'

'Good location facing Lake Minnewaska. Golf course.'

'Very small for 3 adults, 3 year old and infant. Yard needed a good weed whip and flower garden needed weeding. We had lake access however, I would not consider this a beach. A lot of seaweed. We went elsewhere to swim. It was clean, good communication w the host and easy to find.'

'The Little Loon Cottage was exactly as described - CHARMING! The cottage was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could need or want. The house was perfect for our family of four! Communication with Brad and Jen was always welcoming, timely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!'

'Had a great time at this beautiful resort. Absolutely loved the home. Would stay here again and highly recommend. Only thing I would change is it would be nice to have coffee grounds/pods available in the home. '
