'We are graduates of the FBI National Academy. Each year they host a “training” at Camp Dawson in Kingwood, WV for police officers who have attended the academy. We’ve been attending these events for over 25 years. Staying at Alpine is always a treat. Your house was extremely nice and totally comfortable for four old men! We would certainly recommend it to others.'

'They have excellent customer service and the host is a very kind and considerate person! We couldn’t believe the price for the area! Hands down, no one even comes close to the price! If you want a great bargain and don’t need expensive frills then I highly recommend this. It’s close to beautiful hiking trails, antique shops, outdoors sporting, parks, and some towns that aren’t too far (without paying the tourist trap prices). The tv service and WiFi were a plus. 'We stayed here overnight to break up a long drive. It's a nice apartment with enough space that we could (all 4 of us) have some private space to decompress and relax before continuing on our travels. The property was easy to get to, and Morgantown was a nice place to make a stop and have a short visit. We loved the artwork in the apartment. Communication and check-in/check-out were great. '

'The Fox Den met all our needs. It was clean, comfortable and had great indoor and outdoor living spaces. It was located in Thomas, within walking distance of the downtown area. Davis was just two miles South, with another fun shopping/dining area, and the local Shop & Save. Our plans involved hiking the state high peaks of MD and WV, and The Fox Den was very convenient. 'Conveniently located to all of our plans for week plus found some great local restaurants, winery and distillery. Quiet wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch after our days activities to enjoy the night air. The home is comfortable and inviting inside as well. '
