The hosts made sure there was ample water and firewood.The property was beautiful with plenty of options to keep you busy.Bugs were definitely bad, but wearing the right clothing and using bug spray, worked well.I did find some ticks on my dog, but this is the woods and it’s to expected.I will definitely be back!'

'We had a beautiful snowstorm for the weekend. The cottage is cozy and warm. The view is beautiful with a tranquil, peaceful setting. It is close to town. '

'There were 4 of us staying there (2 couples). We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was stocked for our cooking needs. We enjoyed the water craft. The location was great for going on the bike trails in the area. Thank you for opening up your home!'

'All kind of birds singing. Very peaceful. The owner was kind enough to spray for mosquitoes which helped slot. Tree branches, brush & logs in water made kayak/ rowboat access very difficult.'

'This cabin is perfect for a small family or two couples. The location is perfect. There’s plenty of dock space. The screened-in porch overlooks a quiet bay. The cabin is just a few steps from the water. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed. I’d bring a fan along if staying during summer as the upstairs bedrooms were very warm on a hot summer night. We loved this place and hope to come back soon!'

'Overall it was a wonderful experience at the location. We were surprised it did not have air conditioning because the first day we arrived, it was hot and humid. Luckily the owner had fans available for us to use. The weather cooled down and everything else was great! '

'Cabin was very well appointed and roomy. Enjoyed the lake and screened-in porch everyday. Deck and grill where also great. Everyone of us from age 6 to 86 had a wonderful time. The fireworks on the lake were the frosting on this vacation.'

'We had a very nice stay at Eagle Bay! BEAUTIFUL cabin with plenty of space for the whole family. The cabin was set up to entertain yet we felt right at home. Plenty of games for the kids, including kayaks. Great location, close to downtown and you can't beat the view of the water and wild life. Extremely clean and Brian was very responsive. I definitely plan on returning with my family. Highly recommend!'
