'We have stayed in numerous fabulously luxurious 5 star properties all over the world. Rosario del Lago is not rated 5 star but the staff are all 10 stars. I wrote a message the day before checkin and asked for a room with least number of steps due to my 83 year old husband's reaction to the altitude. They complied with a smile. The room was 101. 'Beautiful location, perfect view of the lake and near by the dock. The place is run by a young couple. They only have 3 units so very tentive to our needs. The wife is an excellent cook, better than restaurant food we had in copacabana. We had one of the best meals. '

'Besonders unfreundliche Angestellte, das Zimmer war unfassbar dreckig und verbraucht, die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt und nicht sauber, die Möbel war kaputt und nicht zu gebrauchen,die Mülleimer waren noch voll vom Vorgänger, die Mülleimer in der Toilette waren noch voll mit benutztem Toilettenpapier - einfach alles nur widerlich!! Der Allgemeinzustand ist fatal. Alles so dreckig und verratzt! '
