'施設は全体的に綺麗で、快適でした。石鹸を持ってくるのを忘れてしまったのですが、部屋の中にタオルと共に置かれており、助かりました。ベッドも寝心地が良かったです。またスタッフの方々が大変優しく、素敵な旅になりました！またナスカを訪れる際には、こちらの宿泊施設をぜひ利用したいと思います。Muchas gracias!!'

'La propiedad es bonita y tranquila por estar alrededor de la naturaleza. El personal bastante amable y atentos. Les recomiendo que su personal haga menos ruido por la mañana que es cuando los huéspedes descansan y en la habitación que me tocó había un olor como a salitre y/o antiguo que sería bueno lo revisen. '

'Hotel ligt heel centraal in het centrum. Luis, de gastheer, is ons ongevraagd en puur extra service komen ophalen aan het busstation. Hij was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Dag van vertrek hadden we pas savonds laat een bus, we mochten gewoon de hele dag gebruik maken van dakterras, toilet, .... Kamer ok en douche heel goed in vergelijking mer wat we eerder hadden. Warm water en voldoende straal. Absolute aanrader. '

'After I'd checked out of my room and was waiting at the bus station for my bus, an employee came to me to give me the extra cell phone I'd left in my room. I didn't know I'd left it. That was going the extra mile. I didn't get the young woman's name who made the trip to return it to me but she certainly deserves credit from her boss. The only downer about the room was no air conditioning but I should have paid more attention to the room's amenities when booking. '
