'La Isabela Suites is a walk up (no elevator) located in Old Town Panamá. The area is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Experience the Spanish architectural history of Panama. The area is walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. There are 2 museums in walking distance. Guests service personnel are wonderful. All speak English and are very helpful. '

'The apartment was clean and had all that is needed for daily convenience with much storage. Staff was friendly and quite helpful to us. Construction nereby was a bit disturbing for us but thats temporary so shouldn't be a bother after its completion. Would definitely recommend.'

'The place was super roomy and stylish. AC was the quietest we've had. The key for the front door took a little bit of practice to figure out. One of the balcony doors didn't lock. The elevator had a very overpowering air freshener that we did not enjoy. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.'

' It was very relaxing to stay at the historical and cutely renovated apartment. Great aesthetic. Lively apartment, very well decorated! Right the middle of everything in the beautiful town of Casco Veijo. Vibrant lanes, boutique stores, cafes and restaurants near by. We had an amazing time staying for 2 nights at this apartment. '

"Balie personeel is slecht opgeleid, bij check-in en check-out lange rijen met maar 1 of 2 balies open terwijl er 4 personen rondom de balie staan maar geen begrip hebben van service of klanten helpen door extra balie te openen."

"Fijne restaurant en heel behulpzame en lieve restaurant medewerkers. Hotel is gedatteerd en er hangt een muffe geur in de kamer inde vloerbedekking in de gangen is smerig. Wij hadden een kamer met zicht op de baai. De ramen gingen niet goed dicht, waardoor de airco niet effectief werkte. Na uiting van onenigheid bij de receptie, hebben wij besloten een andere hotel te boeken."
