'BEautiful hotel on Lake Titicaca in Puno, Peru, with a dock to walk right to the lake. The staff is courteous, the room is clan and with beautiful balcony facing west and a view of sunset. The food options are limited but OK. Breakfast does have some vegetarian items for vegetarians or vegans. I was greeted with a welcome plate of alfajores (Peruvian specialty sweets) left on the table in the room at my arrival. That was nice - alfajores were delicious! Thank you Casa Andina! 'Great location for Candelaria festivity. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of choices offered at breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and many restaurants. I also truly appreciated the staff, who were very attentive to all of our questions.'

'Nice clean hotel, located very close to Plaza d’Armas. All the staff members are very nice, helpful and friendly except for one lady with glasses, who works the reception in the evening. She was rude, always on her phone and acted like we were disturbing her. She even told me not to get was from the dining area even if the other receptionist in the morning said I could help myself. Other than this employee the others were so helpful. They even made me a breakfast box to go as I had to leave...

'Déçue de l’hotel, l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et notre chambre etait au 8e etage. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pour la douche . Nous n’avions pas de papier de toilette mais lorsqu’ils l’ont su ils sont venus nous en porter rapidement. La nuit c’etait froid dans le lit. Située dans un bel endroit proche de boutiques et de restaurants. Le buffet dejeuner etait tres bien'

'バスで朝早く着いて、宿に行くと部屋に案内されました。親切でやってくれていると思ったら、支払いの際にアーリーチェックインしたから、と言って宿泊代の半額分を割増請求されました。アーリーチェックインとかお金がかかるとか、一切説明がなくて、ただ部屋に通されただけなので、代金を要求されてショックでした。親切なスタッフだったのに、この点がとても残念です。それからスタッフは英語を話せないこと、さらにはWi-Fiが使えなかったことがとてもマイナスでした。'

'Onverwacht een hele goede zet. Prachtig hotel, lekker ontbijt goede accommodatie en bovenal een fantastisch uitzicht van het meer. Uitzicht lijkt wel net een schilderijtje. Indien nodig kan je aan het zuurstof en mate de coca in overvloed. De bedden waren eveneens een pluspunt. Heerlijke bedden!'
