'The grounds around the property offered many areas to relax, read, and just enjoy nature. The room was elegant and the hosts/staff were friendly and very helpful. Indoors we took advantage of the library to play card games. The 2nd floor terrace also offered a very peaceful place to read. It is an easy .5 mile bike ride to the Panhandle Pathway Trail. '

'This charming home is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Francesville, IN. Mel, the owner and property manager, was a joy to work with—her communication was excellent, had a handy little check-out list, and she went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made me feel truly welcome. The house is perfect for families, with games provided to enjoy together; the online pictures accurately reflect the character of the home. The updated kitchen has all the modern conveniences...

'We stayed for a few days to kayak and tube, we had fun! The house was cozy, and clean! The beds were so nice, and we had a great time in the hot tub, and using the fire pit! '

'The location was wonderful. The house overall was very nice. The outside decking was very spacious. When I looked for paper towel under the sink it was wet. Sink is leaking. The stairs to the lower level were very very creeky. The beds were not comfortable at all. The king squeaked when you rolled over. The upstairs double was hard. The full downstairs was missing slats holding the mattress in place. '

'Excellent stay!! Accommodated our family for a weekend wedding. Clean, well stocked especially for the kids & baby. All of the information was accurate & extremely detailed. Our host was gracious & very helpful. Will be returning hopefully for the next family trip to KNOX from Chicago '

'This cottage rental property was the highlight of the weekend!Everything was Excellent: The bedrooms were spacious, the entire interior was Brand New, Great kitchen, Awesome bathroom and outside was well lit at night with motion detection flood lights.The area has 2 restaurants within five minutes drive. Lastly the people in the neighborhood were very friendly!Bass Lake is Gorgeous and a 2 minute walk from the property!!!I highly recommend this place and I definitely look forward to returning...

'My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Nest. It was charming and cozy, very comfortable and clean. And the treats from the local bakery were delicious! '
