'The view is amazing and the staff helpful and gracious. There were lots of issues though. Booked a room with 1 bed, there were 2 twin beds, no elevator so lots of stairs, the phone and wifi didn’t work in room, couldn’t easily order room service or request changes or report issues because phone didn’t work. There were roaches in the bathroom, the towels didn’t smell or feel fresh and the sheets were stained and holes. There were ants crawling on the table at breakfast. '

'The view from the property can only be described as AMAZING. The surrounding environment was so peaceful and tranquil. The daily evening performance by the staff made us feel so welcomed. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. However, I cannot say the same of the staff at the check in counter. It was a pity that they were not warm or friendly. '

'Beautiful soothing modern design incorporating traditional Bhutanese details. Second best spa facilities I’ve been to (first is Banyan Tree Cabo Marqués). Food presentation is lovely, yet lacking in taste when it comes to international dishes. We had a most warm welcome with a dance from the staff. Would love to come back! Thank you Dhensa Resort 🙏❣️'
