'I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. However, there were some noise-related issues that need to be addressed. There was a wedding reception at the hotel that night, and we could hear the staff dismantling everything through the roof. Additionally, during the night, someone was talking loudly on the phone in the hallway, and the noise leaked through the door.'
