'The hotel was great. Booking with Expedia was an absolute nightmare. '

'The room was very clean were you could see but I had to go behind the bed to plug in my phone and it hadn't been looked at for a long time back there. Hotel is dated but there were some upgrades to the rooms and the hotel portion. There were also things like the window didn't close all the way and the screen was ripped but neither of those hampered our stay. It does have a bar attached and between 2:30 (when bar closed) and about 3:30-4am there was a bunch of people yelling and screaming...

'Our room was spacious, and the bed very comfy. Restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and for breakfast. Our only complaints were the lineup at the check-in desk, and the very cold weather in Saskatoon for loading/unloading our luggage.'

'Stayed for a night. Room was nice and big but the hotel and rooms are run down and could use some paint and deep cleaning. Beds were comfy. Staff very friendly. Only issue we came across was the pool area. Very crowded (it was spring break) but staff had hard time controlling the kids. We moved from the waterslide park because of this to the small pool area only to be swarmed once again with kids that were kicked out of the waterslide park. They were throwing hackie sack balls around at...

'We had a great time at the pool and we enjoyed our kitchenette.'

'You can tell this property is well managed and cared for. Little things like having a staff member attend the waterslide for safety are appreciated. Room was as expected, clean. Breakfast was pretty standard continental, honestly could have a bit more variety (no berries for the waffles for example) but that’s nitpicking. It’s a good hotel, and I’d stay there again.'

'The day staff and security were amazing. They should be retraining the night staff. Especially one in particular who acts like a guest is just another nuisance off the street - I was floored by his attitude. Not to mention his blatant disregard for safety. Never again. '

'Heating/AC system did not work. Overnight we got insanely hot. Set the temp to 16°, yet woke up and it was 27° in the room. Other than that, it was great! Amazing pool, good room. Parking was expensive for just one night.'

'Pool temperature was very cold. Could not stay in it for more than 10 minutes. Stayed in a king suite with mini kitchenette. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. Shower wall tiles were dirty with black mould mildew.'
