'Great location!!! Location, location, location!! Rooms and the hallways are dated. The hotel bar was good but the food was mediocre.'

'Not enough towels in the room for every guest. Couldn’t reach front desk from room phone. Went to front desk to get extra towel, they gave me a floor mat to use because they didn’t have clean towels. For reference, the room slept 4, I reserved it for 3 adults and we were only giving 2 towels to share between 3 people. Also, soap dispenser was almost empty so amenities were not filled between guests. Lastly, restaurant was closed in the morning.'

'Very good stay. Room was clean and front desk staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was decent, though seating was limited. Sometimes, staff struggled to keep basic items like bread on the line. Pool was amazing, very clean and actually seemed heated, as claimed.'

The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights—there was a nice selection and the food was really good. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The check in process was long and painful with one very poorly trained staff member. Once I got into my room I realized why they need the strong deodorizer, to cover the smell of musty stagnant...

'My best friend and I stayed here for a few days for the BTS concert. First thing that happened was I realized I left my ID all the way back home, which was such a bummer. I don't know her name, but the kind woman working the night shift was the absolute best! She was so nice and went out of her way to help by scanning a picture of my passport..I fully expected to be turned away, but she took care of us. She was so sweet, and I even overheard her helping another guest about how to get around in ...

'Clean, nicer and responsive. I made a last-minute reservation. I was concerned at first because I didn’t know how to check in, left a message through the app, and the owner/manager replied right away and sent me all the info. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but make sure to place the order at least the night before using the form or QR code in the room so they can prepare it for you. I will go there again.'
