'The check-in process was great, friendly staff person and provided all the information I needed for the stay. After that though it went downhill. the room was clean at first glance, but after that, I realized it was not that clean. The air filters were dirty. The HVAC unit sounded and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The paint looked like it was covering up other issues. Things were broken in the bathroom and room. 'Stayed a few days to move my daughter in to college. Location is ideal for parents of Radford U students. A lot of Stairs from the back parking area, so be aware. Easy to access nd beds were very comfortable. '

'Beautiful location. Staff were extremely nice. Restaurant was wonderful and very tasty for both breakfast and dinner. Super quiet and just all around a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. '
