'The hotel itself is very plain. The breakfast is simple but ok. The staff is friendly and what to help but have problem with English but then they are trying and I am in the guest.'

'Exceptional service with a smile from being picked up at the airport to being dropped back 5 days later. The manager came and spoke to us almost every day. The food was excellent and the setting is gorgeous with a view from the check in desk to the pool and the beach. Staff were very knowledgeable about the local area and there are tuk tuk at the front entrance to take you exploring. I would definitely stay here again.'

'There are a lot of hotels along this lovely beach but the BT Bay has one of the best locations and for the price offers the best value for money. Our room was cleaned daily whist we had breakfast and the towels and sheets replaced. Our room gave directly onto the pool and beach and provided our own loungers and chairs. Food and service were very good. We had 4 very happy days. No faults.'

'My stay at Thazin Palace was wonderful. The staff was caring, the room was clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. I also loved the location. It is very close to a smaller bay of Ngapoli beach, but a close enough walk to the large bay of Ngapoli beach that I walked there every day. The staff will give great suggestions and guidance on what to do during your trip.'

'An immaculately maintained hotel. A lovely large room with semi circular front windows gave a good view of the sea horizon between the two beach front cottages. Good a/c, WiFi, TV we didn't try, fridge with mini bar selection beer and soft drinks, safe, tea and coffee. Bed turn down service. Well maintained gardens and pool, plenty of sun beds by the pool and beach. Good selection at breakfast, cereals, fruit, egg station, cheeses, hams, bacon, etc with several Asian hot dishes. Very comfortable...

Manager is extremely friendly & helpful. Good restaurant 5 min walk away. Can rent bike from hotel or e-bike up the road to explore area. Seafood is cheap and absolutely delicious. Would come back again for sure. '
