'The hotel looks basically new. Walkable to restaurants. Quiet. Great place to stop and stay on my drive home from Tucson. Some construction in the area with road improvements, but they didn't create any noise or issues during my brief stay.'

'They think that they have done a renovation on this place. They have not. Other that the friendly staff, there is nothing to like about this place. The street sign is on the wrong side of the driveway and there is no hotel markings on the building or inside the building. Am I in the right place? The photo on Expedia shows a Motel 6 sign that is falling apart. That should have been a clue. The ground floor room had a rear door to a dodgy unpaved alley and the room key didn't work on that...

'I travel a lot in Amarillo is always my stopping point on my way to Arizona. I love staying at this hotel. It is priced appropriately, very clean, in a great location, the staff is always super sweet and helpful.
