'I needed a place close to the stadium and this fit the bill perfectly. I apparently didn’t throughly read the description that my unit was upstairs but that wasn’t a problem. I had difficulty getting the gate code to work, but Willy came right over and all was well. The place was perfect for me. As for other reviews, I did not have any ant problems and the place was clean. Being from So. CA I loved the hundreds of fireflies at dusk. I would recommend. Just be aware of it being upstairs. '

'Beautiful home with a large yard! Great location & friendly neighbors. We were there for July 4th holiday and a parade took place right in front of the house! Beds were comfortable, kitchen has plenty of space. '

'The house is very nice, clean, and newer home. Quiet neighborhood. Furniture and beds are comfortable. TV’s are good. Only things that weren’t ideal is the curtain situation in the master bathroom shower (tends to want to blow in towards you when showering and have to be careful not to let water on the floor) and the toilets are standard and not elongated. Neither are probably even a thought to a normal sized person, but I’m a bigger guy and used to having better accommodations at home....

'13 of our family aged 7 to 74 had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. There was more than enough room and privacy to accommodate us and all the equipment and furnishings we needed to have a spectacular as well as comfortable stay. The kids especially enjoyed the lower level and the game tables there while the adults enjoyed the wonderfully equipped kitchen on the main floor where we cooked every meal. 'We LOVED this house! It was clean, updated, had plenty of towels and linens for 6 of us, and everything was so cute and comfortable. The neighborhood is adorable and right across the street from multiple historical sites. 10/10 would recommend! '

'Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. The futon in the living room could use replacing as one corner of the back of it was bent/broken so we didn't trust it would hold anyone sitting or leaning back on that side. But other than that, the place was neat, clean and nice. The hosts were responsive and the neighborhood was quiet.'

'This property was a great in between location for our stay in the Kansas City area. Minutes away from downtown and also close to the northern suburb of Liberty, MO. Taryn is a great host and communicated effectively. We will be back!'

'We had the best time. The host and property manager were amazing to check on us after a neighborhood electricity outage due to very hot temperatures. They had amazing donuts delivered to us the next morning. The house was spacious and just what we needed to enjoy family. '
