'Lovely staff, handy to have the shuttle but the traffic is chaos at certain times of day. Had a very early start and the breakfast was welcomed and again very well staffed. The usual comfort level for Holiday Inns, always consistent in my experience. Staff here went above and beyond and the restaurant was also a good addition.'

'21時着のフライトだったので、空港送迎を依頼したが来なかった。添付のドライバーにTELするがスペイン語で分からない。 Uberタクシーで到着するも、ホテルの看板もなく途方にくれた。たまたま来客者がドアを開けると、フロントの女性が対応していたので聞くとこのホテルだとのこと。一般の民家の作りでホテルとは分からない。 フロントの女性は親切で、明日のフライトは混む時間帯なので６時に出なさいとアドバイス、大通りまで送迎してくれた。'

'The host was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was clean and the water in the shower got hot which was rare in Peru in my experience. Plenty of room for four people. The rooms face the ocean which is nice but also a main street so it is very loud and very bright. Needs black out curtains. Taxi driver advised neighborhood is not safe at night so we didn't go out. '
