'BAD customer service!!! My booking was canceled the day of with no explanation and money cannot be refunded for until 15 days. Due to the fact that it was short notice making arrangements elsewhere was double the price. This property is the worst do not book!!!!!'

'This Air B & B is among my favourites. The main floor is the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs is a huge private living space including a living room and a full kitchen (regular sized fridge and stove). Plus laundry facilities next to the kitchen. All these amenities are enclosed in your private space. This is an ideal space with close proximity to the TO Pearson Airport, but some distance from downtown Toronto. Fresh, clean and highly recommended.'

'This was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. The listing was completely misleading. We booked the property for six nights believing we were renting a full house, based on the photos and description provided. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that we had been placed in a basement unit, which was never disclosed prior to booking. This was not just inconvenient — it was a serious issue. My mother has a leg injury and cannot safely use stairs, and there was no mention in the...

'I stayed at this property with my guy friends as we were golfing in the area. The house is very spacious and had all the necessities we needed. There is still some upgrades being done to the house, but this was perfect for what we needed. It's not too far away from the city and a nice retreat from all the hustle. 'Very comfortable accommodations! Friendly, attentive host, very clean and pretty furnishings and decor. The beds were especially cozy! We were able to rest and refresh completely, even though we were away from home. We would definitely stay here again!!! Five stars! '

'The owner and I only interacted once at about midnight because i never received the check in code. Most likely due to an error in the booking app. The place mostly cleaned and welcoming. We loved the large bathroom equipped with a rain shower head. Nice neighborhood and close to Billy Bishop airport.
