'Everything about this apartment was perfect. It was very clean, all the equipment was high-tech and we had everything we needed. All the facilities where great, and it was closeby Toronto Centre. We would definitely recommend this one!'

Ray was very responsive and helpful from the onset.From when we made inquiries,checked in and all the way to the last day of check out.The house was clean, appliances functioned effectively.Thought and effort was put into the interior decor. It's a place we would highly recommend!'

'4 families stayed there for our 5 day stay and we each had our own rooms. Nice big table where we can all enjoy our own home cooked meals together. We had a BBQ and we enjoyed the pool the one day it was sunny. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Toronto and if it’s available. We had a very enjoyable stay. '

'This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. Amenities...

'Apartment was great and rooms were nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable and appliances in the home were clean and easy to use. Advertised spa area was a bit smaller than expected. Thermostat is not located in the apartment and you must contact owner to adjust the temperature. A little more cobwebs than expected even though it was a basement apartment. '

'Stayed here for a week with my husband and teenage granddaughter. The property was excellent. Very clean and well epuipped. With a high standard of linens. Lovely neighbourhood. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as supermarkets. Not to far from Toronto . Great instructions from host on how to enter property. '

'BAD customer service!!! My booking was canceled the day of with no explanation and money cannot be refunded for until 15 days. Due to the fact that it was short notice making arrangements elsewhere was double the price. This property is the worst do not book!!!!!'

'I had a great stay at this 1 room basement apartment ! The place was very clean, well-kept, and exactly as described in the listing. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Anita, the host, was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Her warm hospitality really made a difference. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!'
