'We enjoyed our stay at this location and it was nice to see individual locks on the rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was very clean. Our only complaint is how many stairs there were, but other than that it's a 5/5 for us.'

'Property is clean and the tree covered deck is star of the show. The living room is a bit tight for seating, but we had folding chairs so it was manageable. Kitchen is decently equipped, even though it is tiny. Dining table had plenty of room. Bedrooms were good. The 2 sisters who slept in the front bedrooms suggested window coverings that were more room darkening might be beneficial. 'We had an enjoyable stay for the weekend. Beds were comfy, house was spacious and clean. Nice kitchen to make meals, and plenty to places to sit and relax or connect.'

'It was the perfect quiet place for my family and brides maids to stay and get ready in the morning of my wedding. The living room and kitchen are nice and spacious with plenty of seating. Beautiful bright bedrooms, ginormous master ensuite and closet as well. There was also plenty of space and quiet for my baby nephew even with the rest of us.'

'The house is a beautiful set up. All 4 bedrooms were great, the beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean. As you walk in off to the left is a weird room where they have a couch and chair but where the tv is just off the kitchen is a couch with a lounger. Not really handy for 4 or more people if you gather in that area or want to watch tv as it is the only room with a tv. There were only 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels per room and no face cloths for a stay of three days. I did contact...

'4 friends stayed here to take part in the Oktoberfest weekend. The house has nicely updated decor and appliances. Beds are comfy. We didn’t see wifi info, but since we were only there for one night, we really didn’t care that much. A nice, clean place and an easy checkin. '

'We were in town for a family wedding so us siblings stayed together. Beds are so comfortable and coffee supplied, thank goodness. Chris was very Accommodating and answered out question quickly. We did knock off a bit for location, the house is on a bit of a busy street and a bit hard pulling out of the driveway. '

'This was an amazing house and had everything we needed. It is located in a safe area, close to everything (gym, shopping, restaurants). The bathrooms were great, the beds were very comfortable, the wifi was excellent and the TV offered both cable and streaming. We didn’t use the garage but it was big. There was a great covered deck in the back. The driveway fit our three cars easily and could fit more. It was very clean and was perfect for our weekend with our family. '

'Great stay with Family and Dog. 3 bedroom slept 2 couples, Teen and Dog comfortably. Clean and Comfortable. Helpful, clear message on access, WIFI etc. from owner. Great neighbourhood for Dog walks. Easy drive or good walk (30 mins) to downtown Waterloo. '
