'Lots of emails in advance including pre-check-in, but on arrival nothing was ready and all information needed to be filled-out again! Nice resort, great looks over surroundings and golf course, nice pools and jaccuzi. Condo was outdated and not thoroughly cleaned. The vintage plastic table cloth from the early 60’s should really be removed. '

'Perfect place for a bike getaway. Right at the lift. Parking was perfect for a truck carrying 6 bikes. The suite itself was absolutely perfect for our family. Property was clean and safe. Pool and hot tubs were clean. Overall great property. Will be booking again. '

'Fantastic property! Recently renovated, well maintained and very clean. Exceptional location. Wifi and streaming services great. Ample parking. Easy check-in and communication with hosts. Beds are very comfy and bathrooms well stocked. Kitchen is great... the only thing we wished for was a few more dishes, especially bowls. Panorama area never disappoints. We love coming here for family vacations. Have had the pleasure of staying in this unit before and we hope to do so again, very soon!! Thanks...

'Overall, we loved our stay. Extremely convenient location on the mountain where you can put your skis on as soon as you step out the door to glide to a chairlift. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Our unit had a double bunk bed in one room, but there was no ladder to the very high top bunk which made it a bit of a challenge to get to... fortunately, we had a young crew that handled it ok. We had arranged for 3 parking passes in advance, yet when we arrived, there were none left...

'We had a great stay here! Even though the cold pool and waterslides were closed they still had the warm pool and the hot tubs working and our 2 year old had a blast splashing around! Beautiful property and it wasn't too crazy busy which we enjoyed. Overall we had a lovely stay!'

'The property was great. Easy to get around. Right by the gondola to go up to the top where activities and restaurants are. The gondola is free. It’s perfect walking distance to tennis courts, rafting and mini golf. Close to kids club probably a 3 minute walk. We only cooked breakfast but kitchen had everything we needed'

'Beautiful, safe, secure and extremely comfortable condo. The communication from the owner was excellent making our visit stress. Will definitely be returning!'

'Great location in Panorama, on the far end of the village close to swimming pools. If you arrive after 11pm be sure to call ahead to the central check in and they'll make arrangements to get keys to you. Condo unit is cosy and well enough equipped for most meal prep. No air conditioning so keep the blinds closed in the morning until the sun moves on. There are bedroom ceiling fans and a portable fan which I cleaned before using. One of us is walking impaired. The trails in the Village were great...

'This unit in Horsethief is a hidden gem. Leanne was super communicative and ensured we had all the touches of home (well stocked kitchen). It stayed cool in the unit all day which gave our family a nice reprieve from the heat and sun. In the morning, we enjoyed waking up to deer grazing on the hill. We would definitely stay here again! "Erg goed verblijf in Radium Hot Springs. Gelegen in een fijn en rustig dorp waar elanden en herten door de straat lopen als je geluk hebt 😀. We hadden een fijn soort appartement met meerdere kamers en zes slaapplaatsen. We konden zelfs koken en er was een grote koelkast. Enige nadeel was dat het appartement toen we arriveerden wat vreemd rook maar wellicht was het even ongebruikt."

"Terug in de jaren bij dit prettige hotel. Je verblijft in een stuk geschiedenis. Dat gaat soms ten koste van het comfort (airco in raam ingebouwd, dat kiert; deuren die niet lekker sluiten of kieren zoals in de lobby). Daar staat tegenover dat de ontvangst erg plezierig is. Leuk detail dat er zelfgebakken koekjes en popcorn staan. Bijzonder is ook de vluchttrap die buiten hangt. "
