'Lots of emails in advance including pre-check-in, but on arrival nothing was ready and all information needed to be filled-out again! Nice resort, great looks over surroundings and golf course, nice pools and jaccuzi. Condo was outdated and not thoroughly cleaned. The vintage plastic table cloth from the early 60’s should really be removed. '

'Dealt with Meaghan. She was awesome. From her calling us on the way there to us having to call her back.. everything was soo relaxing and peaceful. Our daughter loved the pool. '

'We had a great stay here! Even though the cold pool and waterslides were closed they still had the warm pool and the hot tubs working and our 2 year old had a blast splashing around! Beautiful property and it wasn't too crazy busy which we enjoyed. Overall we had a lovely stay!'

'Overall, we loved our stay. Extremely convenient location on the mountain where you can put your skis on as soon as you step out the door to glide to a chairlift. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Our unit had a double bunk bed in one room, but there was no ladder to the very high top bunk which made it a bit of a challenge to get to... fortunately, we had a young crew that handled it ok. We had arranged for 3 parking passes in advance, yet when we arrived, there were none left...

'The resort that the suite is located in offers a variety of activities. Unfortunately some activities were not available because it was fringe season.'

'This was a wonderful place to stay if you are looking to get away to a quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed the space very much. Booking and talking with the owner was so pleasant and easy. The home was fully stocked with all the “at home” amenities plus extras! If we travel here again we will forsure stay again and will tell our friends to book here! Thank you for everything '

"Erg goed verblijf in Radium Hot Springs. Gelegen in een fijn en rustig dorp waar elanden en herten door de straat lopen als je geluk hebt 😀. We hadden een fijn soort appartement met meerdere kamers en zes slaapplaatsen. We konden zelfs koken en er was een grote koelkast. Enige nadeel was dat het appartement toen we arriveerden wat vreemd rook maar wellicht was het even ongebruikt."

"Terug in de jaren bij dit prettige hotel. Je verblijft in een stuk geschiedenis. Dat gaat soms ten koste van het comfort (airco in raam ingebouwd, dat kiert; deuren die niet lekker sluiten of kieren zoals in de lobby). Daar staat tegenover dat de ontvangst erg plezierig is. Leuk detail dat er zelfgebakken koekjes en popcorn staan. Bijzonder is ook de vluchttrap die buiten hangt. "
