'This is far and away my favorite hotel in Montreal and nothing comes even slightly close. This hotel truly embodies the essence of Montreal from the cobblestone street to the cozy atmosphere throughout the rooms. This is a perfect stay for summer or winter (I have come during both). 'Smaller but very pleasant hotel. Service was top notch and the rooms were perfect. We stayed in a Loft with Terrace room on the 5th floor. Being able to walk out on the terrace was nice even thought there wasn't much of a view. We valeted our vehicle and noted that it was just parked outside behind the main entrance in a gravel courtyard of the hotel. Safe enough and it didn't bother us one bit but I know that the information on Expedia states that there is "covered" valet parking. We never...

"when we arrived they could not find our reservation - that was unfortunate as we travelled for more than 8 hrs and it took half an hour before they offered us a room anyway . We were offered a cookie and water bottles as well . at breakfast it was very crowded and half of buffet was empty ( croissants / ...) you contantly had to ask for it and often it was not available anymore "

"Stayed for two nights to explore Montreal. Everything is in walking distance or you can easily get on the bus or metro. Room was clean and comfortable beds. We received parking as part of the Gold status which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is becoming a rarity these days. Would recommend this hotel. "
