'I want to be fair about my experience. I did find a bed bug in my room. Fortunately it was on the top cover, but it was still concerning. To their credit, the staff responded quickly and immediately moved me to another room. I had clothes laid out after my shower, and the attendant put them directly into the dryer on high heat to make sure they were safe, which I appreciated. Even after changing rooms, it was difficult to relax or get good rest knowing there had been a bed bug. Because of the...

'it's a nice casino. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pillows are terrible and I forgot mine and the bed dipped in the middle.'

'It was absolutely disgusting. Half the hotel was torn apart. There was exposed insulation and wires. At one point during the night saw a mouse run across the room. The bathtub was still dirty. Some ceiling tiles were missing. I feel like this property should be shut down and completely torn down. It is NOT safe!'

'Clean, comfortable and cozy! We needed a place with a kitchen to prepare food to take to a baby shower. The kitchen was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The kid in our group appreciated the bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub and wished she’d had more time to check out all of the games and activities provided in the living area downstairs. Thank you.'
