'Fantastic property and the gravel bar was amazing to relax on. Interior was nice and perfect size for a family with up to 4 kids, the bunk beds are easily full size mattresses! Amenities were nice and sheets and towels definitely clean. The back deck is amazing for morning coffee or peaceful evening and having the smart TVs made for great evening activities since we brought our switch. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!'

'My family (kids 17, 16, and 7 years old plus husband and I) stayed at Springside Cottage Monday through Friday and had a wonderful little vacation. The location is perfect and the cottage was very comfortable. The host was super responsive and kind. Would stay again!'

'It was a perfect little getaway. Very clean. Good water pressure. Comfy bed. Fireflies off the deck at dusk were magical. The only thing that I would say is that the bedroom gets very bright in the morning so if you’re sensitive to bright sunlight bring a sleep mask. Great restaurants in town. 'We had an awesome time! Came down to visit our son n his family n they came over every morning, stayed w us all day into the evening. We had bbq everyday, could watch movie at night, ride on paddle boat n go fishing. Great fire ring/ fire pit. Loved waking up in the morning n sitting on the porch n watching the birds n listening to the geese. If we come back down before we move to Missouri this is where we will stay! 'We stayed here just to get away for the weekend. We were blown away with how much we loved it. We were greeted by “Carl” the cat. Our stay was very quiet but full of sights. The horses are so fun to just sit and watch. We also had all 3 guard dogs come join us for dinner one night lol. Our cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed! 'The good. Lovely home with a great layout in a lovely location. Great access to the river which is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the interior of the house was clean and easily accommodated our group and wedding party guests.The only appliance that didn't perform perfectly was the H2O dispenser on the fridge & a new filter would fix that. 'Comfy stay in a beautiful and convenient location. Our groups of 7 stayed in cabins 1&2 for a few relaxing days of kayaking. The cabins were very comfy, had all the necessities, and were in a beautiful, wooded, secluded location but still convenient to Eminence. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!'
