'The property seemed clean and had a nice amount of space. The weather was not ideal, otherwise, the patio and deck area seemed ideal for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay!!'

'The location was fine - nearby drugstore and many places to eat. The property was dirty (smelled) and had roaches and old cheap furniture. The room had a weird layout, including sinks in both 'bedrooms' and a desk in front of an adjoining room door. My senior citizen roommate and I had concerns for our health while staying in the room. 'It wasn't particularly clean. No key required to enter from parking lot, which wreaked of pot. No in-room coffee maker. Dirty ironing board pad. Limited TV remote functions.'

'The room was pretty standard for a hotel room. The location was terrific with quick access to simple shopping, fast food, and the highway.I'm attentive to detail and did notice that there were a few things that hinted at less than 4 star facility maintenance, but the room was nice.The facility HOWEVER, gets just 2 stars and that's only because it would have to be a dive to get just 1 star and it clearly wasn't that.They advertise a continental breakfast, but compared to the competition, that's...

'People were dealing/smoking drugs outside or just sitting in their cars. Also I had to put out a cigarette but fire outside the hotel. When trying to find water to put out said fire all ice machines and water fountains were not functioning. Otherwise it was clean, great front desk service and awesome location.'

'My mom and I stayed here while we were in town for a book signing. It's an old home that has been upgraded, but still feels unique (the floors are beautiful). It's the perfect size for 2-3 people. The heat lamp in the bathroom is great. Nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown and the library! Fair warning that the washer and dryer are not free (coin-operated), so if you had a longer stay, be prepared for that! '

'We have a few people fly in from out of town and stayed near more family in MN. We rented the property for the open space and the close vicinity to family and it worked out perfect. The house was larger than expected and easy to use. Handicapped friendly and had areas for children. Would definitely stay there in the future. '
