'This is a great place! Very spacious tents with an extremely comfortable bed, very clean toilets and showers in the main building, very friendly people, nice restaurant where we had great diner (try the meatloaf!) & breakfast, nice view over Bear Lake, campfire by the tent... Only negative point: no beer in the shop. So keep that in mind if you want to enjoy a beer by the campfire ;-)'

'This was a terrible place to stay. Room was dirty and infested with bugs, which appeared to be ticks. Didn't take shower due to uncleanliness and bugs. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Room had no A/C with weather very warm. Available fans not acceptable. No wi-fi, no tv. Door to outside had a broken lock and window without a screen and unable to lock. Outside porch light burnt out and outside grounds not maintained.'

'This was a great, roomy, quiet place to stay. It was pretty new. But there were a couple of things that were kind of off. There was really no place to hang clothes. The one closet was locked. Also no nightstands or suitcase stands. But it was a great stay and I would stay there again. '

'Property as advertised, perfect for our family reunion. Especially loved the many chairs and tables in kitchen area, that's hard to find for a big group. Great communication with owner.'

'Great place'

'Great location for anything bear lake for 1-4 people. Rooms were all clean and there were pleanty of cookingware available for use. Pool and hot tub were great after a long day at the lake. We stayed 5 nights over the 4th of July weekend. We would gladly stay again!'

'Brand new, super clean. Perfect location. Only 60 sec walk to LaBeaus and Zips. A few very minor issues however the owner was extremely responsive so that's the most important thing to me. Will stay again next year!'
