'There was no power and it was too late to book elsewhere. We were in town for a conference so it was a quick trip but we booked here for the breakfast. There was no breakfast other than some fruit on a table. Understandable since there was no power however, they did not offer us any compensation. The heat wore off and some of our group asked for more blankets, no staff came and brought blankets or snacks or drinks to make the accommodations better since there was no lighting, no vending, no...

'Our room was very nice and clean, and we had a very quiet restful night. But, when we went to breakfast at 8:00, the area was unkempt, the floor very dirty with mud, the food was mostly gone, and we never saw anyone working the area. There wasn’t any sugar for Cooke, only artificial sweetener. No yogurt, no fruit, no breakfast meat. We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast. '

'Clean and nice for the value. You can tell the property is well managed. Staff were great. Husband and son loved the pool but wished the hot tub was clean (it was not). Hotel and room was clean and smelled so. Breakfast was nice too. Will stay again when visiting snow trails. '

'Room was filthy sheets were gross customer service at the front desk was impossible to get and then when you did get somebody to answer the phone or let you in the office, they were rude and would not accommodate, would not give towels or toiletries or even clean sheets'

'The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. '
