'Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.'

'There was so many mosquitoes in our room. We got to change room, but had to spend the night moving. Also, new room had a very bad smell and was not maintained well. Very expensive room for the standard you get.'

'sfeervolle, mooie kamers, fijn zwembad, lekkere keuken (buffet)'

We came with reasonably high expectations of this four-star resort, but wound up feeling a bit disappointed with the state of the resort.

'When I arrived at the property, despite me canceling my previous reservation, they were confused as they saw two reservations, and even after me showing that I had canceled it, they still gave me a hard time. Definitely not a five star hotel by any means .'

'Good'

'Leuk en heel goed zwembad, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt voorzieningen tegen muggen. Ik kan het hotel aanbevelen.'

'Mooi hotel met mooi zwembad. Grote nette kamers met leuk balkon. Hotel in rustige buurt. Eten en drinken prima. Eer vriendelijke bediening. '

'Wonderfull 🙏🌈'
