'Fantastic property. Quiet yet close to so many things to explore and do. The house is exactly as described. It has the best mattresses we ever had in a vacation property. The kitchen is so well equipped. We loved to sit on the balcony off the top floor bedroom and watch the world go by. The host is extremely nice. So quick in responding to any question and very helpful. '

'This was our second stay at Sunset Villa. The property has everything you want and then some! The home is so beautiful and tranquil you'll be tempted to just stay put and enjoy. The location cannot be beat, with many of the main Santa Fe sights just steps away and easily reached Sunset Villa gives you the best of both relaxation and exploring. Highly recommend!'

'The property was amazing! Communication through the entire process was fantastic. Truly the only not perfect item is we could hear the interstate which kept us from using the extremely scenic balcony. Now, that said, the location also made it extremely easy to get to everywhere we needed to go. I will definitely use Kokopelli again- interstate noise or not. Thanks!!!'

'My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was unique and clean. The outdoor sitting area was calm and relaxing. The kitchen was a great place to hang out with a big bay window and comfy chairs around a round table. The furnishings and decor were nice. The Host responded quickly and accommodated us last minute when our VRBO reservation was canceled. Jennifer was amazing handling all of our requests. 'Beautiful place in a beautiful town. Right on the river with deer outside the balcony at all hours. Walk or drive into town along the river. Three levels of stairs so a bit of a climb but nice views from the top. '
