'We loved our stay at Dodo Square. Dodo was a great location as a base to travel around the north of Mauritius. Entry details were emailed to us the day before arrival. And once we arrived one of the house keepers notified the admin and our room pin was activated. The studio apartment was clean, spacious and was tastefully decorated. And in a generally new condition. It had all the appliances to cook, if we wanted to. The surrounding area was very quiet in the mornings. The only early morning...

'3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. '

'Great property at a good location! Big apartment that was clean and well taken care of with access to shared pool and lounge facilities, along with private entry into the ocean. Staff were very helpful when needed. Wi-Fi was not the strongest if more than 1-2 people using it. Overall would recommend and would come back!'

'Les responsables de l' hôtel et le personnel sont à l' écoute et toujours disponible. Transferts à l' heure. Ménage quotidien avec draps, taies d' oreillers et serviettes changés tous les jours. Service blanchisserie rapide et pas cher. Literie hyper confortable, eau chaude 24/24, cuisine entièrement équipée. Les départs se font à 11 heures, mais comme notre avion était prévu pour 22h55, on a pu rester jusqu' à 20 heures et nous en profitons pour remercier à nouveau M. et Mme les patrons...

'We had a good time, thank you! I think people working there, are making it good. Villa's self could be freshen up a bit though. Swimming pool is clean, wi-fi is ok, supermarket is not far away. Good location to explore the West Side. Its possible to arrange food, which is good and reasonably priced. '

'Walking distance to Pereybere beach. Nice beach with park, picnic tables and seating areas at beach level. Area around Pereybere not as busy or cluttered like further south down the coast. Amis apts are one street recessed back from main road. Makes for quieter stay. Gated parking, windows open for fresh air.'

"A great 3.5 star hotel with excellent service. The people working there really wanted you to have a good time and served to all needs and wishes. Very accommodating. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Also the pool was great but not heated so too cold to swim in. But since this period is not so hot it was ok, nevertheless it would be nice to take a swim in a warmer pool. Enough sun beds for all guests. A very nice hotel, nice and well kept grounds and great staff. "
