'The service provided by Eric and his team was nothing short of spectacular! On the day of our arrival he connected with us to ensure he was there to receive us on arrival. We got lost and he was able to help us navigate and meet us on the other side of the entrance with his team ready to assist with our luggages. 'Kitchen not working we told them but they didn't do anything about it. Tv says Netflix but nothing working. Toilet seat is loose. Wifi worked good after i reset the modem. Bed is good and there is not a lot of noise even though it's close to the airport.'

'Me and my fiancee were actually really impressed with how good this place was. Clean, professional, cozy and a great view of the city. It’s walking distance from Robinson’s Mall/Center which was is a big plus for me and the future wifey. Also, customer service as well as security were very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. '

'The staff are very helpful and friendly. The best thing was the kind and very good breakfast staff. Who helped and welcomed my wife, baby and I with a warm smile each morning.
