'A beautiful hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Views, spa, pool, great food. Recommend!!'

'They placed me in a room that reeked of mold and mosquito chemicals. When I requested a different room, the staff sprayed deodorant in the one next to mine—I could hear it clearly. When I asked about it, she confirmed it. That response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I left the property within minutes, wheezing and with a pounding headache.'

Mikael'

'Prima verblijf, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.'

'The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel '

'Great spot.'
