'Everything was good'

'The hotel was not the cleanest, I have stayed at worse for sure. The cable did not work, staff came up and said it was a new system. They were not able to get it working. The staff member was able to get one channel for the kids. The noise was unreal, at night. There were kids running up and down the hall, until after 1:30am. The noise from the next room was like people were bowling. The slide was nice , the kids really loved it, however it was jam packed, just a small pool. I took the kids out...

'The staff were super!! Very helpful and offering to help us everywhere. Top notch. The room needs a desperate renovation and more attention to cleaning. Bedding was wrinkled and looked like the sheets weren't changed, we inspected closely and determined they were. Windows were dirty inside with smudges and window seal was broken hindering view. Screen on the window was tore and blowing in wind. Candy eggs on inside by window and chips on floor by window from previous guests. Shower walls are old...

'Fine modernised hotel at walking distance from the citycenter but somewhat isolated near the harbour. Fine service, well trained staff, good breakfast. Less than 10 minutes from the ferry to Digby which was very convenient given the rather early daily departure.'

'Er wordt ontbijt aangeboden, meer een Canadees ontbijt. Jammer van plastic bestek met uiteraard de wegwerpcups. Direct aan een drukke weg, wat in de nacht zeker meevalt. De kamer is gigantisch groot. Ontbijt in een weekend of fst dag kun je niet gebruiken als je met de ferry van 8.00 gaat, omdat je 1 uur tevoren daar moet zijn. Het ontbijt is dan niet om 6, maar vanaf 7 beschikbaar. '
