'This is a great liitle house in the heart of Scottshead, within walking distance to everything including snorkeling. Great views of the bay.The people are so friendly and welcoming in Scottshead. The house is well equipped and we were thankful for the a/c at night. The wash machine was a nice bonus a week into our trip.'

'The setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again. '

'Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. 'We stayed at the Banyan cottage and it was lovely. Up on a hill, very private. It had screens so no need to worry about bugs. The cooking area was nicely done so that you could cook breakfast easily. The property is gorgeous and you really feel like you're in the middle of the rainforest by yourself. Very relaxing. 'Everything you need is there. We were however unfortunate with the continuous rain, which made the open space a disadvantage (no way to get your clothes dry anymore). It is easy enough to go down to the (dryer and sunnier) coast, so location is good in general.'

'AMAZING! Nichi could not have been more friendly or helpful. One of a kind place and host. Beautiful place, inside and out, with tons of character. We even saw humpback whales from the deck that overlooks the bay. Incredible location, complete with a private swimming hole, friendly neighbors who gave me a fist bump on my morning walks, and a delicious fish meal provided by Nichi on our first night. We didn't want to leave this unique place and island.'

'I stayed in this house for Carnival 2025 with my family and friends.We were welcomed by a lovely, friendly couple. They were patient with us and took the time to show us around this spacious home.The house is less than 10 minutes from Roseau. It has a beautiful sea view. 'Accomodation is located in the green Roseau valley, 5 car minutes from town. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from ownwers and staff. Cottage was aged and smaller than we expected. Tiny wardrobe, inconveniently located in the bathroom! Bedroom small, too. On the positive side, all equipment is in working order.
