'Was advised that I would be met at airport and no one there until I called again and waited an extra 30 minutes. Unreliable! On arrival at the hotel, our room was not ready, when check in was expected by 3 pm. We did not get a room until 4:30 and at that point put us in a room in a lower level with lesser views.
