'We had a great stay on the beach in Aptos. The property is in an amazing location-you walk right out the patio to the beach!The house is spacious, clean, comfy and has all you need for a great stay.The hosts were very responsive. The coffee maker broke while we were there and they had a new one delivered within a few hours. Our son liked that there were sand toys and Roku to watch TV. Would definitely stay again to make more great beach memories! '

'This was easily the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. Most vacation rentals are stocked with very cheap appliances and utensils, and cooking in some can be quite a challenge. But everything here was top notch. My teenage girls really enjoyed each having their own room with comfortable beds. The host provided very clear and helpful communications about our stay before and during our trip. The walk to the beach was as advertised, only seconds away. Incredible views from 2nd floor picture...

'Great location: close to the Capitola village, but off the main street so it stays quiet. We took our coffee down to the beach each morning and enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Well appointed and clean, timely communication with the host. We would stay here again. '

'We had a wonderful weekend at this home and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the relative proximity to Santa Cruz and Monterey. The home is well stocked with supplies that you may need and was very comfortable. '

'Loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. We had plenty of room for five adults. Shower was very tiny. Had a hard time getting hair wet it was so short. A downfall was that no linens are provided, but works out ok, just don’t forget. Would love to stay here again!!'
