'This beach house is classically beautiful. It is only steps to the beach and the views are breathtaking. Rio del Mar is amongst the best beaches in Santa Cruz County making this location prime. You don't need to bring anything. Everything is provided for you and the host is very kind and communicative. We had a great time! '

'I cannot express how perfect this house is. So spacious, so you never felt crowded even with a large group. The back yard was fun and welcoming in so many ways. We had more than we needed with everything supplied, from coffee makers to having beverage containers to serving platters to anything. The neighborhood was secluded and friendly. Parking abundant Crystal was amazing. I want to stay here again and again and again. It was the perfect fit for us.'

'This house if very cute and clean, however either a neighborhood dog or a previous guest did not pick up after their pet and my husband stepped in it. Obviously it wasn’t the owners fault..just watch your step on the turf/grass. We have stayed here once before and if the property is available for our next time in town we will definitely stay again.'

'The location was outstanding, with not just amazing views but such quick and easy access to the beach. Everyone loved being so close to the beach and popping out for playing games, shell collecting or a sunset walk. '10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need.
