'Thank you once again Kay for hosting my family and I! We felt right at home and my children really enjoyed the front and backyard. They took advantage of the piano as well such a beautiful touch to this comfy place. Overall we felt safe and Kay was available for anything we needed. 'WE LIVE IN MANTECA AND FIND THAT THIS 20 MINUTE VACATION BUNGALOW IS GREAT FOR US. 85 AND 81. JUST RELAXED. WE USE TO HAVE A BOAT AND THIS IS HOW WE FOUND THIS GREAT PLACE. MY HUSBAND ENJOYS THE WATER VERY MUCH. HAVE RESERVATIONS FOR LABOR DAY CAN HARDLY WAIT.'

'We had a great time at our Friendcation at the Ranch this year! The hospitality was second to none, with constant communication and assistance when issues arrived (broken dryer, meant daily laundry service until they could replace it). It’s a ranch so critters are too be expected but it was handled with professionalism and timeliness. So much space for our group to spread out, pool was wonderful, and hot tub too! We plan on coming back year after year as our tradition home! '

'The home was perfectly accommodating for our family. I loved that it had everything I forgot to bring, especially the steamer for our clothes! :-)'

'LAKE LIFE to the fullest! The prompt communication from the owners is where the excellence begins, followed by the picturesque view from the balcony during sunset. The condo is very clean and appliances work great. Our family spent all day on the new dock/ deck area swimming, fishing, and paddle boarding in a no wake cove which is very safe for the kids. We will definitely be coming back for many summers to come!!!'
