'This hotel may not seem so new anymore, but it offers all the comforts you need. Only I did hear the hotel guest next to me coughing heavily through the connecting door. The staff was VERY friendly and the breakfast had a lot of options (hot meals included) with very smooth service!'

'The room was clean. It was adequately furnished. The toiletries were minimal. The towels were fine, but again more on the minimal scale. The hallway smelled like someone had smoked in the area, although this was supposed to be non-smoking.'

'Rooms was perfect all the way around.'

'Stayed at Townplace Suites in Draper so took a chance when needed quick reset for family funeral. Stay was just as nice and although we didn’t get to use pool or hot tub property was just like being in salt lake again. I will def oil for Townplace for any future travel plans!!!!'

'The beds were very noisy. Cleaning staff would mop the stairs during the day and not put a sign that the floor was wet. There was too much noise during the night. Lots of people hang out outside the hotel and do not let guests sleep'

'My only concern was that there appeared to be some mold stains in the shower. I’m allergic to mold so I took Zyrtec, but it could have been just old stains from prior mold issues. Other than that, it was great. The breakfast was better than most, the bed was cozy & the staff were excellent.'

'The owner is so helpful and very pleasant.'

'Quiet location with helpful staff. Gym and pool area are nicer than usual properties.'
