'me and my wife spent 10 days in februari 2013 at plaza real resort without any real problems or complains. nice pool with good food and service, friendly staff everywhere, good security, beautifull beach with entrance across the street, ac in bedroom, free wifi with reasonable speed in the room, supermarket and italian baker around the corner, exeptional value for the money, juan dolio for the rest is quiet and a real touristic spot without a nightlife.'

'Beautiful villa that is a short 5 minute walk or 30 second drive to the beach. Plenty of room with 3BR, 3.5 bath with nice pool and rooftop terrace. AC units are in all 3 bedrooms and living room as well so the place stays nice and cool. This villa is in a VERY secure and safe area, security entering and exiting the community is strict and I always felt comfortable. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. 'This is our second time in this beautiful apartment, we were so happy to found it available.I love the ocean view, I will never get tired to enjoyed it, plus the surrounding quietness and privacy is great if you need to rest.It has enough space for 2-4 people and its location is closed to many stores and restaurants. I love it! I definitely recommend this place .'

'Wendy’s place in was lovely, the pool was fun for cooling off and the house supplied with all the necessary cooking appliances. Wendy was quick to respond to communications and helped with any needs we had. There was a small issue with the security at the entrance not letting us in despite having our names on a list, but Wendy was quick to help resolve the issue. It is definitely a secure, quiet neighborhood. '

"The rooms are unfortunately not worthy of a 5-star rating. However, the rest of the hotel certainly is! We arrived in the evening and were given a room on the ground floor. As mentioned in previous reviews, the bathroom ceiling was moldy. Water was leaking from the apartments above into our bathroom. The next day, we requested a different room. After a lot of insistence, we finally got another room at the end of the day. They acted as if they had never heard of the leakage before… Instead of putting on this act, they would be better off investing their energy into renovating the entire ground floor. Other than that, the hotel is definitely recommended due to its great service and quality food and drinks."
