'Great stay! Very quiet, host was very accommodating & respectful, bed was 10/10 , & the patio the view was the best thing to sit outside & enjoy the sounds of nature. Did see two big spiders in the bathroom but that didn’t ruin my stay haha!'

'The studio condo was very convenient to local shopping and has a beautiful balcony view. We enjoyed the walking trails, beach access, pool and spa. The owners communicated well. Very nice place for a weekend getaway and parking in the garage was easy. Thank you'

'We had an amazing stay at a great property! The house is extremely well equipped and very comfortable for large groups. The only downside is that it’s an unusual design which requires one to go outside and up stairs to get to any of the befrooms. In the summer, no big deal, and it didn’t bother us.'

'Easy access. Beautiful forest setting and creek access. Cozy little cabins have all u really need. 2 person hot tub was ready to go and enjoyable. Could use open/close able blackout shades over skylights so can sleep in a little longer. Otherwise really nice and easy 10min drive into soquel/Capitola village. Would return in a minute if wanting forest vs beach setting. Bonus is it’s out of the coastal fog bank. '

'This place was perfect. The location couldn’t be better—you’re literally 20 steps from the sand, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We found ourselves not wanting to leave, just soaking it all in. The space was spotless and super comfortable. The beds were dreamy, and the heating worked perfectly when the temps dipped at night. A peaceful, cozy, beachside escape. We’d come back in a heartbeat.'

'Rented this charming beach cottage for my nephew’s graduation. It was perfect. Hosted 2 dinners at the home and everyone loved the house. The home is bigger than it appears with a large living room and a large family room. Plus it has an incredible roof top deck. The location was also ideal being only a house or two away from the beach. '

'We usually stay in Aptos but found this location so central to everything and so nice to take short walk to beach! Plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and 7 children. There were a few issues - but Michelle responded immediately to the issues. All in all a great experience - everyone commented the beds were comfortable!'

'The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise.
