'Unique property, clean, staff was great however the construction in the area and the inconsistent restaurant hours took away from the overall stay. Recommend the hotel. Older but not dated. This is a building that is on the National Registry of Historic Buildings.'

'Showers were great. Room smelled like old smoke and not super clean. Breakfast was cold but there was a microwave to heat it up. In general it served our purpose of a place to sleep'

'I booked this room because it was close to where I needed to stay. Also, it had decent reviews about cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I did not find this to be the case with my room. The carpet was not vacuumed very well, and my bathroom was NOT clean. There was black hair everywhere… in the sink and bathtub, as well as on the countertop. 'Perfect location! Staff was wonderful! The only thing our room was missing was a hair dryer, but luckily we didn’t ever need it!'

'My daughter and I were in Omaha for the CWS. The staff greeted us with goodie bags and were so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was so festive and fun. We'll definitely be back!'

'We walked in to our room to blood all over the floor, stains on the wall, and glitter all over the couch. We immediately checked out and were told we would receive a refund. When I called the next day they lied and said there were notes that another room was offered. Expedia had to call and negotiate the refund. The parking lot is also full of crackheads. Do not stay here.'

'Only 1 elevator, and no indoor stairs. Long lines to get to literally the next floor. Everything was wet & dirty (lots of kids running from the pool around the 1st floor). It was fine, esp for the price. But not worth anything more.'

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

'Stayed for college world series not as close as indicated to schwab field. Definitely not walkable due to road construction and highways good location for short drive though. Hotel and staff are great-especially Diamond. Clean, nicely decorated and good breakfast choices. Price reasonable for downtown Would definitely stay again'

'Lived the staff- obviously well- trained. The hapog hour and drink coupons were a wonderful bonus. Loved the proximity to the Old Narket. Ever so convenient!'

'The hotel was excellent, very cute, friendly staff, and a great location. It was a great hotel for a girls weekend! The restaurant was less stellar, they were out of espresso, champagne, and waffles on a Saturday morning so I recommend eating elsewhere but the hotel itself was still 5 stars'
