'Great Location short walking distance to the Downtown Area with lots do do, Restaurants, Water Park, Shopping. This is the 2nd time I have stayed and it is a true delight. Very spacious and comfortable. Easy to communicate with the Owner/Manager. I will be staying there again in the future. I recommend it with 5 Stars! '

'This Vrbo was very spacious. It was clean and walkable to everything in Cape. The only thing I’ll say that affected sleep quality was the noise coming from the street. The windows are so thin and you can hear cars all night long. Bring your sound machine. Other than that, amazing. '

'This property is easy to find, the location is so close to downtown. We both found the bed very comfy, the amenities were great. My husband met the downstairs neighbor and he was very nice. Oh and the water pressure in the shower was 100%! '

'Great location for visiting a student at Semo. Lots of room for family to bond!! Hung out at the fire pit the entire time. Rugged, love that we could bring a dog . We are a dog family and our student could visit with the family dog. '

'This place is an excellent get away in Southern Illinois. Adjacent to a small lake good for kayaking and bird hunting. Recent updated in a duck hunting theme. Really nice and comfortable, both inside and on the screened in patio.'

'Overall, this was a great house for our family of four and our needs. Close to our extended family who we were visiting and close to downtown and river. A unique older home with lots of character. Our host, Chip, was terrific! He allowed us to check in 30 minutes early and made himself available if we needed anything. Thank you Chip : )The only slight critique I could offer would be to have different sheets available for the beds as the current sets felt rough. It was our first time in Cape...

'2nd time staying here Suzzie is a great host goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy the coffee pot went out the day after we got there didn’t look very old told her about it and that it wasn’t a big deal we just boiled some water and poured it t the filter about a half hour later she showed up with another one looking forward to our next trip there so peaceful relaxing and quiet can’t wait '

'We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy Farm. They included so many amenities with no additional fee. The lake was amazing and we spent most of our weekend fishing and swimming. We will be back next year. '

'Charming little treehouse. We wanted a private little getaway that was still semi close and it was perfect. The hot tub, the outdoor set up, the two person shower. Would highly recommend. '

'Quaint, little property with roomy accommodations. So much better than 4 people sharing a hotel room…everyone had their own space. The location was convenient, quiet and the neighborhood felt safe.'

'This home was so cute! The person who decorated has an eclectic style that I really enjoyed. It was different than the average rental home. It was also clean and well stocked.The host was friendly and there was plenty to do at this home. 'A beautiful property, very private. There are horses that live on the property. The cabin is shaded and well maintained. My husband and I did not have cell service which we enjoyed. They do have wifi and a smart TV for any digital needs. '
