'The inside of the home is perfect! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The outside of the home could use some cleaning up. The grass was pretty tall and the trees really needed trimming. This did not affect our stay at all. I also had a little trouble with locking the front door. You have ro hold down the lock button instead of just pressing it. Overall it was a great stay. Would stay again for sure!'

'It was a the perfect place for a long weekend with games and a game room for kiddos and adults. The fire pit area was really nice and cozy with firewood to cook up some hot dogs and smores. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and overall vibes. Will be coming back!!'

'The Magnolia House has something for everyone! It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near sports games, shopping, walking trails, park, restaurants, and night life. If you are looking to just stay in, there is plenty of things to do for all ages. The host is easy to reach if necessary and communicates only when neccesay. I will definitely be booking this property again!'

'This is a cute house in the wonderful college hill area. It was near everywhere we wanted to go while in town. Also close enough to downtown. There a nice workout room and great coffee and hot tea selection.'

'We had a great stay at the Carriage House. The property was everything as stated. We had to give it some low scores not because of the property or host but because of the VRBO app. When we got to Wichita the app would not allow us to communicate with the owner/host. We didn’t have the address of the property and the VRBO app was no help. We were able with a little difficulty to reach the VRBO help line and after a long exchange they were able to help us reach the owner so he could send us the...

'Nice place. Rooms and beds are small, but very clean and entirely remodeled. Don't confuse it with a downtown hotel, you can't walk to restaurants/bars. Its in an older development and you'll be driving to where you want to go. For us, that was perfect. And Jeremiah was EXTREMELY helpful, A.'
