'Hot and muggy room. A roach in the bathroom. we checked out at 8am after the first night and I’m assuming the lady never did it because I never got the receipt that she supposedly emailed she also said I would be refunded the two nights we didn’t stay.'

'From the moment I drove onto the property I had an uneasy feeling. I wasn’t even sure I was at the right place since the motel sign was some other motel chain. I entered the lobby to confirm I was at the right place. The lady behind the counter confirmed that I was at the right location and began to check me in. She was very accommodating in finding me a room on the bottom floor. Unfortunately, this is the only positive thing I can say about the entire experience.She was difficult to understand...

'Room was spacious and clean with a nice shower. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast.'

'The hot tub was filled with concrete and completely out of service. The elevator worked only intermittently throughout our stay, creating a major inconvenience. Despite charging premium rates, the room was mediocre and did not justify the price. I expected much better for what i paid.'

'Stayed a few days for kids ball tournament, nice clean and quiet.'

'The upkeep needs to get better. It is a big difference from last year to this year. They need to do some upgrades asap.'

'The room smelled clean at first, but then we found bugs in the bathroom and in the carpet. Fortunately, not in the bed. They bed, however was very uncomfortable. There was no drain plug for the bathtub and the bath towels were toddler sized.'

'This place is in need of a lot of attention to deal with the deferred maintenance and bring it back up to an acceptable level. I wouldn’t stay here again. It should also be noted that there was no one on site and you were required to go to the convenience store next-door to check in and get your key.'
